Neon Drift Circuit looks like a button-masher but the scoring runs deep. The trick is the chain multiplier, which climbs the longer you stay in a controlled drift and resets the instant you crash or straighten out too abruptly.

I improved fastest when I stopped trying to drift everything. Some corners are just straights in disguise, and forcing a slide there breaks a chain you'd otherwise be building. Pick your drift corners deliberately.

Track memorization pays off enormously. Once you know a route, you can set up your entry angle before the corner even arrives, which keeps the chain alive through sections that used to wreck me. Repeat a track a few times before chasing a high score.

And explore the shortcuts. A couple of them are genuinely hidden and feel great to discover, but some cost you drift setup, so weigh whether the shortcut is worth breaking your chain.
